Energy is everything. You could have a nice 6 pack, but with no energy, it doesn’t mean much.
You could have a great deadlift with no energy, but that’s not ideal.
You could have an incredible family but with no energy, that’s not fun.

- Instead of coffee first thing, wait 60-90 mins
- Wake up, lay on the couch, watch tv- gonna drain you

-Engage in regular physical activity to improve circulation and enhance overall energy levels.

- A lot of people don’t realize, but a poor diet can substantially decrease energy levels.
- Ex- heavy fast food meal will weigh you down.
- Lighter, healthy meal will give you energy and leave you feeling great
- Protein helps to stabilize blood sugar levels and provides a longer-lasting energy source. Include sources like lean meats, beans, nuts, and tofu.
